CCC offers a variety of groups that address particular issues that may affect your quality of life. Groups are lead by a qualified counselor, and engage participants in exploring their issues in a supported environment.

Group offerings change frequently, but may include:

• Taking Back Your Life...Learning How to Say No
• Depression
• Stress Management
• Emotion Regulation
• Anxiety
• Phoenix: Survivors of Sexual Abuse (must be screened by therapist prior to admission)
• Anger Management
• Self Esteem

At your first meeting with a CCC staff member, you can discuss which group options are best for you.
