Fee assessments are necessary to determine how the costs of providing services to the community will be supported. Consumers are asked to bring to their first appointment proof of income (check stubs, tax returns, SSI award letters etc) and any Medicaid, Medicare or insurance information. A short interview with a consumer account representative will discuss fees for services. The fee set will consider overall income and family size. Payment is expected at the time of service. Consumers with private health care insurance are typically referred to or recommended to contact a counselor on their provider list for two reasons 1) they may be able to receive service more quickly, and 2) as we serve consumers with no insurance or with medical cards, we are often the only treatment option for them.
